1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by VYLOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
VYLOS provides digital design and development services including web development, brand strategy, e-commerce solutions, and automation systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Project Engagement
We accept new clients on an ongoing basis. Upon project agreement, we will provide a detailed scope of work, timeline, and fixed pricing. All projects require a signed agreement and initial deposit before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
Projects are billed according to the agreed payment schedule, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Monthly retainer clients are billed at the beginning of each month. All payments are in SEK and must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. VYLOS retains the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
VYLOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
